Event Coordinator Requirements

  • Coordinate all aspects of trade show logistics, including transportation, setup, and tear-down.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Manage on-site event execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Maintain detailed records and provide post-event reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Graphic Designer Requirements

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and brand guidelines.
  • Create custom booth designs and graphics that attract and engage attendees.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and messaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the events or trade show industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

3D Designer Requirements

  • Develop and create 3D models and renderings for trade show booths and exhibits.
  • Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling booth designs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and design requirements.
  • Ensure designs are practical, feasible, and aligned with event logistics.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in 3D design, preferably in the events or trade show industry.
  • Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and creative 3D design work.
